At Image Therapists International Inc., every piece is thoughtfully curated and many of our items are handcrafted, one-of-a-kind, or produced in limited quantities. Because of the couture and exclusive nature of our collection, all sales are final.
Final Sale Policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or issue refunds on any purchases.
Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, colors, and photographs carefully before completing your order. If you have any questions about an item before purchasing, we are happy to assist you.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our studio. If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at office@imagetherapists.com.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your name
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label
If we determine that an error occurred on our part or the item was damaged in transit, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Color & Appearance
We make every effort to accurately represent the colors, textures, and details of each item. However, colors may appear differently depending on your monitor, mobile device, or screen settings. Minor variations are not considered defects.
